SEN Teacher

We are working with a fantastic school who have been using us to support their recruitment efforts for many years to find an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join their team.

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate for this SEN Teacher role needs to be highly confident and able to support students from all different backgrounds.
• The ideal SEN Teacher for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.
• The SEN Teacher appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
• The SEN Teacher hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.

Qualifications/Experience

• You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
• Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
• To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
