We are working with a fantastic school who have been using us to support their recruitment efforts for many years to find an enthusiastic SEN Teacher General Science to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • This school requires a SEN Teacher General Science who is comfortable with technology, online management systems, and has strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.
  • The successful SEN Teacher General Science will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents’ evenings.
  • It is important to this school that the SEN Teacher General Science they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
  • The SEN Teacher General Science appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.

Qualifications/Experience

  • You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
  • Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
  • To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
