Responsibilities
- The ideal SEN TA for this position will be someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school.
- The expectations for this role is a SEN TA who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area, and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning.
- The SEN TA hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
Qualifications/Experience
- The ideal SEN TA for this role will have completed Team Teach Training and have experience implementing this into the classroom.
- In addition to the role of SEN TA there are a number of after school sports programs available to students that would benefit from candidates with real coaching experience.
