Responsibilities
- The ideal SEN HLTA for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.
- The SEN HLTA appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
- There will be an expectation for the successful SEN HLTA to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this SEN HLTA role.
- To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a SEN HLTA.
