Secondary Teacher Drama

We are working with a fantastic school who have been using us to support their recruitment efforts for many years to find an enthusiastic Secondary Teacher Drama to join their team.

Responsibilities

• The Secondary Teacher Drama recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
• The Secondary Teacher Drama appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
• It is important to this school that the Secondary Teacher Drama they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
• The Secondary Teacher Drama chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students.

Qualifications/Experience

• You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
• Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
• To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
