Secondary Teacher Drama

We are currently supporting a school who we have had a strong relationship with for many years in recruiting a Secondary Teacher Drama to join their amazing team.

Responsibilities

• The ideal Secondary Teacher Drama for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.
• The expectations for this role is a Secondary Teacher Drama who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area, and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning.
• There will be an expectation for the successful Secondary Teacher Drama to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.
• The Secondary Teacher Drama recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.

Qualifications/Experience

• You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
• Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
• To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
