We are working with a fantastic school who have been using us to support their recruitment efforts for many years to find an enthusiastic LSA – Learning Support Assistant PMLD to join their team.
Responsibilities
- The LSA – Learning Support Assistant PMLD hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
- The successful LSA – Learning Support Assistant PMLD will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents’ evenings.
- The LSA – Learning Support Assistant PMLD chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students.
- The ideal candidate for this LSA – Learning Support Assistant PMLD role needs to be highly confident and able to support students from all different backgrounds.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
- To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
