LSA – Learning Support Assistant PMLD

We work extensively with this particular school and are currently assisting in the recruitment of a dynamic LSA – Learning Support Assistant PMLD who can join their team of exited and committed staff.

Responsibilities

• The successful LSA – Learning Support Assistant PMLD will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents’ evenings.
• The LSA – Learning Support Assistant PMLD chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students.
• The ideal LSA – Learning Support Assistant PMLD for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.
• The LSA – Learning Support Assistant PMLD hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.

Qualifications/Experience

• You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
• To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
