We represent a school who have identified a key need for a LSA – Learning Support Assistant who can contribute to the teaching and learning of the young people in their community.
Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate for this LSA – Learning Support Assistant role needs to be highly confident and able to support students from all different backgrounds.
- The ideal LSA – Learning Support Assistant for this position will be someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school.
- The LSA – Learning Support Assistant chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students.
- The expectations for this role is a LSA – Learning Support Assistant who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area, and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
- To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
