We are working with a fantastic school who have been using us to support their recruitment efforts for many years to find an enthusiastic LSA – Learning Support Assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities
- It is important to this school that the LSA – Learning Support Assistant they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
- This school requires a LSA – Learning Support Assistant who is comfortable with technology, online management systems, and has strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.
- The LSA – Learning Support Assistant recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
- The ideal candidate for this LSA – Learning Support Assistant role needs to be highly confident and able to support students from all different backgrounds.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
- To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
