We are working with a fantastic school who have been using us to support their recruitment efforts for many years to find an enthusiastic LSA – Learning Support Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities

• The LSA – Learning Support Assistant hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
• It is important for this school that the LSA – Learning Support Assistant recruited is able to liaise with parents and provide feedback on student achievements and progress.

Qualifications/Experience

• You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
• To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
