We are working with a fantastic school who have been using us to support their recruitment efforts for many years to find an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities
- The Learning Support Assistant appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
- This school requires a Learning Support Assistant who is comfortable with technology, online management systems, and has strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.
- There will be an expectation for the successful Learning Support Assistant to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.
Qualifications/Experience
- A newly qualified Learning Support Assistant may be considered if they put forward a particularly strong application.
- To be considered for this Learning Support Assistant role you will need to provide an up to date CV with at least 2 school based references within the last 2 years.
