We work extensively with this particular school and are currently assisting in the recruitment of a dynamic Learning Support Assistant who can join their team of exited and committed staff. 
 
Responsibilities
  • The successful Learning Support Assistant will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents’ evenings.
  • The Learning Support Assistant recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
  • The Learning Support Assistant chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students.
 
Qualifications/Experience
  • The Learning Support Assistant chosen for this role will need detailed knowledge of national curriculum requirements for their subject area.
  • This school is looking for an Learning Support Assistant with at least some experience in a UK classroom, and will prioritise applicants with recognised Teaching qualifications and UK QTS.
