We represent a school who have identified a key need for a Learning Support Assistant who can contribute to the teaching and learning of the young people in their community.
Responsibilities
- The successful Learning Support Assistant will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents’ evenings.
- The Learning Support Assistant appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
- The Learning Support Assistant recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
- It is important to this school that the Learning Support Assistant they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
- To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
