Learning Support Assistant

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

We are working with a fantastic school who have been using us to support their recruitment efforts for many years to find an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities

• It is important for this school that the Learning Support Assistant recruited is able to liaise with parents and provide feedback on student achievements and progress.
• It is important to this school that the Learning Support Assistant they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
• This school needs a Learning Support Assistant who is excited to motivate and engage students, and who thrives on the challenge of working in a demanding, yet rewarding environment.
• The ideal candidate for this Learning Support Assistant role needs to be highly confident and able to support students from al different backgrounds.

Qualifications/Experience

• You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
• To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
