Responsibilities
- The ideal Learning Support Assistant for this position will be someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school.
- The expectations for this role is a Learning Support Assistant who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area, and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning.
- The Learning Support Assistant hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
Qualifications/Experience
- The Learning Support Assistant chosen for this role will need detailed knowledge of national curriculum requirements for their subject area.
- This school is looking for an Learning Support Assistant with at least some experience in a UK classroom, and will prioritise applicants with recognised Teaching qualifications and UK QTS.
