Geography teacher

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

We are currently representing a school who are looking to hire a committed and passionate Geography teacher to join their staff for next term.
 
Responsibilities

• The ideal Geography teacher for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.
• This school requires a Geography teacher who is comfortable with technology, online management systems, and has strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.
• It is important to this school that the Geography teacher they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
• The ideal candidate for this Geography teacher role needs to be highly confident and able to support students from al different backgrounds.

Qualifications/Experience

• You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
• Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
• To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
