Early Years Teacher

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
Job Type: Full-time
Contract length: Permanent 
 
We represent a school who have identified a key need for a Early Years Teacher who can contribute to the teaching and learning of the young people in their community.
 

Responsibilities

• The Early Years Teacher hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
• It is important to this school that the Early Years Teacher they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
• The ideal candidate for this Early Years Teacher role needs to be highly confident and able to support students from al different backgrounds.
• The Early Years Teacher chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students.

 
Qualifications/Experience

• You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
• Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
• To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
